Both amateur and professional shutterbugs in Qatar and the Gulf are invited to submit their work to the Passion for Football Photo Competition, which we’re sponsoring together with the Qatar Photographic Society.
The 22 photographs that best capture Gulf residents’ love of football will be featured on our website and in art exhibitions organized by the bid. The best photograph will win QR 10,000. Second and third prizes will win QR5,000 and QR3,000 respectively. The winners, along with 19 honourable mentions, will receive vouchers for QR350 to spend at our online store. All 22 winning entries will be featured on our website and elsewhere.
The contest is a great way for both amateur and professional photographers to use their passion for photography to demonstrate Gulf residents’ passion for “the beautiful game.”
The contest begins on April 15 and runs through May 23.
